THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS: Discretionary Uses: DP 161-25; SW 5-8-16-W4 - Move-in 2,040 sq ft temporary dining hall building DP 44-26; NE 20-8-17-W4 - Construct 2,412 sq ft with a 1,600 sq ft attached garage Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice. |
