THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS: Permitted Uses: DP 73-26; Lot 40 Block 24 Plan 1013680 in Grassy Lake - Install 4.32kW AC, 6kW DC roof mount solar array Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of a development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted.
