THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS: Permitted Uses: DP 85-25; SE 10-9-16-W4 - Construct 3,211 sq ft dwelling DP 95-25; NW 32-9-17-W4 - Construct 957 sq ft detached garage DP 96-25; Lots 1-6 Blk 50 PL 4556S within Grassy Lake - Construct 648 sq ft carport addition DP 98-25; Lot 4 Blk 5 PL 1711192 within Country Lane Estates - Construct 608 sq ft greenhouse (ancillary building) Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of a development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted. Discretionary Uses: DP 97-25; NE 13-9-18-W4 - Construct 1,625 sq ft shop Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice. |
