Permitted Uses: DP 133-24; Lots 32-35 Blk 17 PL 4466AA within Grassy Lake - Construct 1,650 sq ft dwelling w 885 sq ft attached garage & 324 sq ft deck DP 134-24; Lots 12-15 Blk 17 PL 4466AA within Grassy Lake - Construct 964 sq ft attached garage DP 141-24; Lot 44 Blk 52 PL 2011315 within Grassy Lake - Construct 360 sq ft deck Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of a development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted. Discretionary Uses: DP 137-24; Lots 15-18 Blk 5 PL 4555S within Grassy Lake- Construct 1,520 sq ft front shelter addition & 1,200 sq ft rear shelter addition Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice. |
