THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED OR REFUSED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS:    

 

Discretionary Uses:

DP 104-23; Lot 2 Blk 1 PL 1611453 in NE 26-9-17-W4; Construct 22,000 sq ft Palliser equipment store (Industrial Class C)

DP 105-23; Lot 21 Blk 1 PL 9710773 in SE 34-8-18-W4; Construct 1642 sq ft dwelling w attached garage

DP 106-23; Lot 1 Blk 15 PL 9811526 in SW 1-10-17-W4 ; Construct 1802 sq ft addition including 450 sq ft covered deck & 640 sq ft deck

Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice.
