Any person affected by a development for a Discretionary use may appeal the decision in writing stating reasons for the appeal. If an appeal is to be lodged, it shall be received by the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice. A $400.00 appeal fee is applicable.

THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED OR REFUSED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS:

Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of a development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted.
