Payment Penalties
The accounts are due and payable when the statements are prepared and mailed, with payments made at the M.D. office or their agent’s office and failure to receive a statement will in no way relieve a customer of his obligation to pay the amount due.
Unpaid charges after 90 days may be applied to the property tax roll of the affected property.
In the event a water and sewer service has been shut off by reason of non-payment, a re-connection fee and all arrears shall be payable in advance of the turning on of the services.
