ORDER BY THE COUNCIL OF THE

MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER

ROAD BANS

 

Highway Order Number 7-10 Defining Maximum Allowable Weight Permitted on Certain Municipal Roads.

 

Pursuant to the authority granted by the Minister of Transportation under the Transport Safety Act, the Public Works Committee orders that effective as of

Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 7:00 a.m.

 

Percentage Axle Weights for highways are:

Highway No.	Location	% Axle Weight
All OILED roads under M.D. Authority	Within M.D. Boundaries	100% unless otherwise posted
All PAVED roads under M.D. Authority	Within M.D. Boundaries	100% unless otherwise posted
All GRAVEL roads under M.D. Authority	Within M.D. Boundaries	100%

 

 

This order rescinds Highway Order No. 6-10 and shall remain in effect until further notice.
