The issuance or denial of the above mentioned permits are subject to appeal. If an appeal is to be lodged, it shall be recieved by the Development Appeal Board within 14 days from the date of this notice.  An appeal fee of $400.00 is applicable.

 

Our next meeting is Monday, May 21, 2013 at 9:00 am.  Development applications must be recieved no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 16, 2013. Applications received after this deadline will be dealt with at the June 3, 2013 meeting.
