The issuance or denial of the above mentioned permits are subject to appeal. If an appeal is to be lodged, it shall be recieved by the Development Appeal Board within 14 days from the date of this notice.  An appeal fee is applicable.

 

Our next meeting is Monday, March 22, 2010.  Development applications must be recieved no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 18, 2010. Applications received after this deadline will be dealt with at the April 5, 2010 meeting.
