Soil and Wind Erosion

While the Soil Conservation Act is in place to prevent severe erosion from taking place, the ASB’s emphasis is on providing awareness and educational information to landowners to ensure knowledge of sustainable land management practices.

There will be NO burning of stubble on agricultural lands without first notifying the Agricultural Fieldman first for permission and a burning permit will also be required.
